Youth level success at Coolmine RFC

U13s

After their visit to Seapoint at the weekend, the 13As have progressed to the quarter finals of the School/Youth Cup.

They are also in the hunt for a league final place having three wins out of four so far and two games left to play. Currently in the top division, the league is brutally competitive with some seriously strong opposition. Some epic games with Barnhall, Old Wesley and Seapoint have only made the group stronger as the continue their journey into full youth rugby.

The U13Bs missed out on a cup place after a great comeback against Wanderers last Sunday, having left too much of a mountain to climb in the end. As a result of delays in their league they have only played two league matches and are relishing getting into the mix for the rest of the season.

U14s

With their victory against Barnhall last Sunday, which is not reflected in table below, the U14’s have qualified for the division 1 league final in Donnybrook.

They are also in the last 16 of the School/Youth Cup.

U15s

The U15’s have already qualified for the Premier final against Wanderers having won all but one of their league matches.

They play Barnhall at home in quarter final of School/Youth Cup this Sunday coming.

U16s

The U16’s are in with a shout with Barnhall for the Group B final against Suttonians.

U17s

The U17’s play Greystones in their final league match this weekend. A win could see them leap frog Greystones into third place.
