2016 International Ticket Policy – November 2015

Dear Club Member,
Final Date for Applications for Six Nations Tickets is November 27th 2015.
I wish to advise you of our current International policy as formally agreed by
our Executive Committee.
Applications for tickets are open to Life Members, Playing Member/Full
Members who have paid their 2015-2016 subscriptions in full by November
27th 2015.  No ticket applications can be accepted after this date.

PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO MEMBERS WHO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN 
THE OPERATION, MANAGEMENT AND FUNCTIONING OF THE CLUB AT 
ALL LEVELS AND DONORS & SPONSORS TO OUR FUNDRAISING SCHEME.

Please note:

• The Executive Committee will have sole discretion on the amount of tickets available for sale for each International Fixture and retain the right not to offer for sale or distribution tickets to any Club Member.

• The sale of International tickets issued to any member to “ticket touts or non-approved agents” will disqualify that member from receiving any future tickets for a period to be determined by the Executive Committee.

WHILE THE CLUB WILL TRY AND MEET EACH REQUEST, DUE TO THE LIMITED CAPACITY, THIS MAY NOT ALWAYS BE POSSIBLE. REQUESTS FOR TICKETS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY USING THE TICKET APPLICATION FORM
